Why Tea?

Tea is a fantastic ingredient to use in zero-proof cocktails for several reasons. Firstly, tea comes in a variety of flavors, from earthy puerh tea to floral chamomile. This makes it an ideal ingredient to play around with, allowing you to create different flavor profiles and pairings. Additionally, tea is a non-alcoholic ingredient that adds depth and complexity to a drink without adding any unwanted calories or sugar. Finally, tea offers a range of health benefits, from boosting the immune system to aiding digestion, making it a perfect ingredient for those looking to make healthier beverage choices.
